2. What data we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect only:

Your email address
The date and time you signed up

Simply browsing the site without submitting the form doesn't create any personal data on our end — this site uses no cookies, no tracking, and no analytics tools.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your email address solely to notify you about the launch, pre-orders, and news from Sharks Global.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you grant by submitting the form.

5. Storage period

We store your email address until you unsubscribe, or until the purpose (e.g. product launch) has been fulfilled and the list is no longer needed.

6. Disclosure to third parties

If you use an email service provider like Brevo: "To send our waitlist emails, we use the service provider [name], with whom a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place." If no provider is in use yet, remove this paragraph for now.

7. International transfers

If any service provider we use stores data outside the EU/EEA, we only use providers that offer appropriate safeguards (such as an EU adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by Chapter V GDPR.
